Experience
We require a minimum of six months of experience for CNAs, one year for LPNs and RNs and three years plus for specialty nurses. We also take special requests for specific experience and qualifications to tailor our recruitment process to meet your needs.
Credentialing
We ensure certifications and licenses are current and in good standing by utilizing a primary and secondary source verification process. Credentials are tracked in an advanced applicant tracking system with automated reminders. Access is provided to our customers to help you stay in compliance.
Background Screening
All Caregivers undergo a rigorous screening process for hire that includes criminal background, licensure, abuse registry and sex offender checks. Motor Vehicle Record checks available by special request. We also conduct Federal Exclusionary Checks on a monthly basis.
Continuing Education
We strongly believe that quality is no accident, but rather a result of careful planning and execution. We ensure all staff are educated regularly and compliant with HIPPA, OSHA and JCAHO guidelines.
